Pop 4,541
Actually, I'm lowkey excited. Without Luke, she is in a very bad position. Also, she peaked last time so there is nowhere to go but down. The Taylor Brigade: KNOCKOUT

The public is fickle and I feel like the latter part of the PRISM era was a huge underperformance. Her trademark sound is now very dated and radios didn't play Birthday and TIHWD even if they were the most generic and radio friendly tracks on the album. Tay took notes and made a Katy Perry lite album. Her formula is still rich and she'll make the GP thirsty for her again (kinda like rn) Birthday and TIHWD weren't promoted at all and far from her most generic singles on the album lmao. I don't think her new single will be nearly as big as Roar. She was coming off a huge era last time and exploited the Gaga backlash to seem even bigger (in reality, PRISM was a just a mediocre success). Her days are numbered. Chart climbing does not merit artistic credibility or integrity and the pissing match which ensues if one is at #1 and the other at #2 is just pathetic and senseless. Her upcoming era will be bigger than before. Some artists (taylor, kreayshawn, nicki minaj, for example) came off with huge singles then plummeted to the bottom pits. Andrew Warhola 12,992
I'm scared of the extremes this fanbase (esp. twitter) will be willing to go, to keep up with Katy Perry's sales. she's a party girl with a bad habit for drugs
