I don't love any of these. I love Madonna's ballads tbh :flutter:

Live to Tell, This Used to Be My Playground, Frozen, Oh Father, Crazy For You, Take A Bow, Rain, Something To Remember, The Power Of Goodbye etc

I don't know, the melodies and lyrics can be nice. But when I listen to ballads, I don't just listen for the lyrics. There needs to be good vocals too. I don't like whiney voices, and I prefer some actual vibrato once in awhile.

She has an amazing catalog of everything tbh but yes her ballads slay. All Too Well still slaughters me to this very day.

I think out of every current pop artist the best ballad writer/singers/performers etc are:

Ke$ha - her ballads seem real, emotional and not over the top.

Rihanna - She can sing anything - she is a producers dream.

Sia - she is the queen of emotion and ballads. She turned Titanium into a beautiful ballad - she is talent.

I could listen to Dear John non-stop for days without getting tired. I also like Back To December, Ronan and Safe & Sound.

But I doubt she has THE BEST catalog of balads.
