It's common sense. I agree with the court's decision. Hopefully, she makes better choices or they drop her, which will inevitably happen then probably sue her and win. I know she signed with him, but she was 18 years old then. It's unfair that you can't continue with your life, just because a douchebag doesn't let you out of a contract. We don't have enough record of what happened in the courtroom, if he had raped her he would have been persecuted under the law.
