Is Lady Gaga Any Longer Capable of Being Revolutionary Musically?

When Lady Gaga blew up on the scene in 2008 as a typical pop girl but then reached explosive impact culturally with her "wacky" personality, and outrageous outfits and hybrid of different types of musics along with pop show, performance art & fashion installation, she revolutionized what it meant not just to be a pop star but to be an artist in general. Do you think Lady Gaga is any longer of having that same kind of impact musically again?

She could but it seems like she's not trying any more. The Fame Monster was a huge evolution of The Fame while Born This Way was a parody of The Fame Monster. She wasn't even trying with ARTPOP.

I asked her and she said "yes, I've been revolutionary since I was 13 -- I'm Italian! Here's a picture of my horse"

Born This Way was a HUGE evolution of her sound though. Probably her most experimental album sonically.

The music, fashion, imagery, and performances were pretty next level IMO.

Born This Way had the same black and white + goth vibes and Bloody Mary was a TFM outtake oops

Bonkers

It's actually kind of sad that she was revolutionary in one sense.  It was a RETURN to pop stars actually writing, (really) singing, performing their asses off and making music videos an event again.  It had been so long since it had been done that it started a revolution.

That's why I love her.   :rockstar:

But YES she can absolutely surprise us again and inspire a new wave of pop music.

Clearly no. I don't see her anymore  as the Gaga she used to be, bringing new trends + breaking boundaries.

They're nothing alike though?

Born This Way is not goth at all? Born This Way is rebellion, empowering, anger, love, superation. Born This Way is vogueing in a cheap skeleton suit at an atic party. Born This Way is destroying your goverment in a civil war led by the opressed. Born This Way is having an orgy in a belladona greenhouse. Born This Way is redesigning yourself until you're happy with the result then over and over again

The Fame Monster is fear, pain, anxiety, nightmares. The Fame Monster is like facing your demons in a dungeon. The Fame Monster is like being beaten while wearing high fashion. The Fame Monster is reviving your darkest times in front of a crowded theatre.

Nope i didn't and i also edited my comment. I can't see her in the way she used to be, she hyped us so much with the Intel Project and we've got nothing. I'm being realistic, people don't see her anymore in the way they used to, and i can hardly imagine that she will bring new trends, and break boundaries with the new album, its 2016 and people will say that she does everything for attention.
