No. That would be beyond over the top. It'd also seem like Gaga is threatened by her, and maybe even validate her claims. Linda apologized so that's only more reason NOT to. On another note, that version is amazing and my favorite Rockga cover. I think it's way better than the Songwriters Hall of Fame version, but both have their time and place.
