LebaneseDude 6,146
Well it's not exactly a tough prediction to make. The other songs are great in their own right but they aren't as noteworthy nor do they carry a message with as much impact as Til It Happens To You. Still I have some reservations about her winning, not because she doesn't deserve it, but because the Oscars are notorious for rewarding the underdog. Although if I'm going to be honest, they owe her for last year's performance Edited just now by LebaneseDude.

bionic 50,107
TBH I think that the biggest competitor will be Sam Smith, not The Weeknd Sam's campaigns are expansions of Adele's
Daredevil 2,133
if that mess of *Fifty Shades of Grey" wins an Oscar, then the Academy Awards will lose its recognition. They already ****ed up, when they decided to only nominate white people two years in consecutive
MonsterOfSpain 8,318
I'm convinced Earned It won't win, and I doubt they would give it to two James Bond songs in only 4 years...

They already ****ed up, when they decided to only nominate white people two years in consecutive To be totally fair, maybe we should focus on Hollywood and how they cast black people instead of blaming the Academy? If there weren't any black people that deserved the nominations, that's telling more of who gets roles in Hollywood than who the Academy nominated. Were there any black contenders for best actor/actress before the nominations were released that were intentionally snubbed? I really think the stereotypes that still go along with black actors is prevalent in Hollywood, and is likely the root of the problem. It's as if the only oscar-worthy roles a black actor can get are in movies about slavery, civil rights, or they're playing a character that just can't be white. Bloody 64,631
I hope so. Gaga and Dianne deserve it. If they win I'll be happier for Diane though, she has been nominated 7 times and she hyped the shιt out of this song for months.
