After watching what had happened, I just kind of wanted Colombia to keep the crown. I don't know what must have been going on in Colombia's and Philippines' mind when this happened. Poor girl, but congrats Philippines! EDIT: Looking at the card, it seems really fishy that it's set up this way. I assume that Harvey made a mistake because he saw "1st Runner Up" and may have instinctively thought it was "1st", meaning winner. Also, Miss Philippines is located at the bottom right corner, completely separated from the other two. I blame the poor-card maker for this.
