"by that time"

I don't really see Mecca or Saudi Arabia becoming the next Paris or Italy anytime soon. Why would people even visit there aside for religious reasons and a few archeological, historical sites? :rip:

Where the hell did I or the other users talk about ISLAM? It was clearly about the "middle east" and Saudi Arabia as one ethnic group (which is nothing but racist considering the fact, that the middle east consists of different ethnic and religious groups and is not homogenous). How about reading correctly before being so impolite?

read the article, Saudi arabia's laws are based on Islam... It doesn't matter if it's the Mid East or any other theocracy, this is an Islamic law... Therefore criticizing theocracies is not racist, bigroty is bigotry...

I was referring to the posts of other users in which they were showing racism ("Enjoy your goats then" is clearly racist and refers to the people of Saudi Arabia. There is no reference to ISLAM whatsoever). Also to make it clear: I'm heavily criticising Saudi Arabia for disregarding basic human rights including personal freedom in every aspect.

And to think Europeans wear it as a badge of pride to host this culture... One day nobody will feel like adding 'funny' comments aka 'bye girl' or 'flop culture'. Not to insult anyone but this gets scarier year by year.

They could say exactly the same regarding Western countries when they express their opinions...

by that time they'll be able to rely completely on tourism and that kind of stuff tho.

Who will visit Saudi Arabia with that attitude? :bye:

I don't know why people keep acting like nobody goes on holiday to Saudi Arabia.. sure it's mostly the richer people that are likely to go as it's expensive to fly there but it's a hot country and the buildings are beautiful, there was plenty to do and see in Dubai when I went, similar cultures

As far as I know Saudi Arabia doesn't issue tourist visas, which would explain why few people visit the country. Truly evil country though and shameful that the west is so supportive of its regime, all because it's an enemy state of Iran. :saladga:

Jeddah, a city near Mecca, is being turned into another Dubai as we speak.

Many skyscrapers are being built including the tallest building ever. Its height will be over 1 Km. :rip:
