The new full-length, which will include the forthcoming single "What Do You Mean?," will apparently be out before Thanksgiving.

The as-yet-untitled follow-up to 2012’s Believe will be released on Friday, November 13, sources tell Billboard. The rumored release date first popped up earlier on Tuesday (Aug. 11), and Billboard is hearing that Nov. 13 is indeed the target of Bieber’s full-length return. Official word from Bieber's camp has yet to come, and reps for the pop superstar have not responded for comment.

Bieber described “What Do You Mean?” as “uptempo” and “summery” when he first discussed the album on Ryan Seacrest’s syndicated radio show last month. “Girls are often flip-floppy. They say something, and then they mean something else,” Bieber said of the song’s lyrics. “What do you mean? … I don’t really know, that’s why I’m asking.”

Don't kill me but I'm really excited to hear what Bieber's got in store with this new album. Journals was definitely underrated and it has some of the best R&B production I've heard in a while. Hopefully the bad press around him will stop and we can focus on his music. :flutter:

Come on out beliebers, are you looking forward to JB's new album?

Pink flamingos always fascinated me.
