HANZ 4,380
that wasn't what I was saying. Ypu said she shouldn't apologies for being so obnoxious. I said tthat y'all must be so rude if you don't apologise for obnoxious behaviour. I didn't mean to call you obnoxious. well now that I think about it, you are right, they are excusing her just because she is famous, any normal person doing this would eb called an asshole, and she was oen for that, the way she treated the workers like peasants, and all those stories about her being a diva in interviews and with everyone else trully shows the type of person that she is My Favs = Lady Gaga, Janet Jackson, Ricky Martin, AKB48
StrawberryBlond 14,881
By the way, to those of you saying that we're bullying her - bullying is when you pick on an innocent person for no good reason. If someone has done something bad and is being criticised for it, it's not bullying. If some of you think this is bullying, you must have led a very sheltered life and take it from someone who's been bullied. And judging is a natural human instinct, it's what keeps us safe in many ways and being a good judge of character is a good asset to have. Sometimes, people are rightfully judged. Notice Ariana says "I made a mistake and I'm being judged for it." This is a clever way of turning herself into the victim and making the public feel like they're wrong to criticise her. But as I said previously, it's not a mistake if you do wrong and know you're doing wrong. And you should expect the consequences if you get caught, not paint yourself as a victim. Ariana made a point of saying that the person in the video wasn't a reflection of the real her, but actually, it is. What people do when they think no one is looking is when they show their true colours.

And no, you're absolutely wrong. Sometimes humans (because, yes. She is a human being) get caught up in the moment and do stupid things, following your false logic ; anyone that cheated on his/her partner is not regretful of that decision, which had been proven to be false on a statistical level. And on top of that, you literally claiming that you know her personally based on that footage is just so utterly ignorant and obnoxious. She is accepting the consequences, for ****s sake she has an entire nation on her neck verbally bullying her which she directly claimed that she deserves (even though she obviously doesn't) how is that not accepting the consequences? She still apologized for her behavior & language (behavior : licking the donuts & language : the way she talked to that employee) so she covered everything up, don't try to say she didn't, because she did - just because she didn't specifically create a list of things she's sorry for doesn't mean that her apologize is insincere, nor does it invalidate it.But I guess she should get kicked out of the country for making a frivolous statement, or should be beheaded for licking a donut. Since whatever she does / say at this point is unjustified and fake. We should all come to terms with it : Ariana should be killed for licking that innocent donut! /case. We can add other phrases to it, but as long as you put in the brainwashing phrase, it can get through into our unintentional thought processes. I may not be a psychologist, but I've picked up on what the experts say. I'm not claiming to know Ariana personally or know every element of her personality but what someone gets up to behind closed doors is a great insight into their true character. I thought that was just a known fact. I'm not saying that she has to get severely punished for what she did, I just want her to explcitly state what she did wrong concerning the donuts (she's been skirting around that issue and never even says the word) and state an apology to the owner. She's done neither. All she seems to care about is how her image has been affected due to saying that she hates America. Avoidance of the real issue in her PR ordered apology is all pointing towards insincerity. And I'm sure no one would be defending her if she weren't famous. If she was some nobody, she'd be called every name under the sun and everyone would be hoping that she'd end up caught and prosecuted. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yw0tFV4D4cc Your response is more sleep-inducing in its predictability. Do you hear yourself ? You're literally claiming that Ariana's intention is to brainwash the masses through her apology video. I couldn't help but to laugh, sorry. Stop overdramatizing the situation in hand. She's not avoiding, nor ignoring anything she did. Grande herself stated that she felt disgusted watching the video, disgusted seeing what? kissing her new boyfriend? no, she was disgusted watching herself do what she did, often times we are not aware of our wrongs until someone points them out, in her case it was a video shown to the entire world, but she did acknowledge her mistake and she did apologize! one thing for sure is that she's clearly not justifying her actions. Stop nitpicking for small details in order to criticize unnecessarily. She made a mistake and as a result she has an entire country on her neck, so save your "she's a lowkey evil human being that doesn't deserve the right to be forgiven" attitude, because its getting unwarranted and tired. The word "brainwash" can be sinister or ordinary depending on the situation. Clearly, you like Ariana a lot and you don't have to stop liking her. I even like some of her music. I'm just saying it seems that over time, we're witnessing more and more of what she's like as a person and it's not all that likeable. And I have issues with people hiding their true natures for success and to keep up appearances.

I'm in no way justifying what she did, I think it was very distasteful and low, but I can't help but to sympathize with her after witnessing the extreme overreactions produced by the public. And that has nothing to do with me being a fan of hers. And by the way, If she weren't famous this entire fiasco would not have occurred in the first place, so you can't hold that position against her really. If someone showed you a video of a girl who is not the celebrity known as Ariana Grande licking unsold doughnuts you would not be so forgiving even with an apology, I am pretty sure of that. Deny it all you want. there was a video of a dominos worker who I think spit on a pizza or licked a pizza or something of that sort a few years back that made yahoo news. That worker was fired and the president had to issue an apology. Are you telling me that punishment was too harsh for the worker, being publicly judged and fired? This wouldn't have made it to the news & front pages of newspapers if it were performed by a random person. This entire scoop revolves around the fact that the person being caught is Ariana Grande.Give me a link to the article you're talking about and I'll gladly form an opinion on that incident.
