Janice Dickinson suing Bill Cosby,claims that he drugged and raped her

Janice Dickinson has revealed that she is preparing to sue Bill Cosby following his legal team’s dismissal of her allegations that he d--gged and raped her.

Over thirty women have come forward to make accusations against Cosby, with Dickinson claiming that he d--gged her in a hotel room and carried out the assault in a hotel room. Cosby and his attorney have strenuously denied this, with her claim being branded in a statement as a ‘fabricated lie’.

Dickinson has now said in an interview on Entertainment Tonight that she has lodged a lawsuit against Cosby for defamation, saying that her reputation has been damaged by his denials.

Speaking with her own attorney Lisa Bloom in the exclusive chat, Dickinson explained her decision behind taking action saying: ‘I’m suing Bill Cosby for justice and vindication.

‘And the fact that he and his spokespeople have called me a liar; it’s not correct. I want to fight. I want to fight this and let everyone know that I’m not being paid anything monetarily to do this. It’s just the right thing to do.’

 

She has also shown photographs of Cosby which she claims were from the hotel room at Lake Tahoe where the alleged attack took place in 1982.

Denying the claims back in November 2014 after Dickinson brought them to light, Cosby’s attorney said: ‘Documentary proof and Ms. Dickinson’s own words show that her new story about something she now claims happened back in 1982 is a fabricated lie.’

Dickinson and Bloom are seeking a jury trial and undisclosed damages as part of the legal action.
