Why did they wanted to lose the opportunity to get more money and sales? But my points is, is it possible that Gaga would release some ARTPOP outtakes in her next album, such as Sire and TEA? Or even one? Gaga released Fashion of His Love on Born This Way special version and it included a verse from Earthquake, an unreleased song. What do you think? You don't count TFM or C2C??Anyway, serious answer, considering that she originally meant for there to be an ACTII I don't think you can really call anything "recycled" or "rejects" as some users imply. Gaga left out Fooled Me Again for TF because it didn't match the theme, Brooklyn Nights for ARTPOP and Bloody Mary for TFM (later putting it on BTW) .These are all fan favourites.I suspect she is going a new direction with the new album.
