An album like Bloody Mary and ARTPOP?

Bloody Mary and ARTPOP (Both coincidentally track 8) are both the experimental standout tracks on their respective albums.

A few reasons as to why:

- The vocals seem a lot less campy (at some points, more solemn)

- The lyrics are among the most standout on their respective albums

- The production sounds more "dark"

- Not the usual songs you'd expect from DanceGa as they aren't too fast but are both still the type you can sway to

So some connections can be drawn to these two songs. I consider them to be both dark pop or a grungey pop.

Would you like an album of songs like these?

They are also more raw produced.  Which I kinda like.  Reminds me of Sex Dreams during iTunes fest.  An album like that has a high chance of having an A+ fromme.

I am so here. Also SHICD-like music. :legend:

If you see me posting like crazy, I'm either bored or procrastinating.

I'd love to see that. She said that she didn't "over-produce" ARTPOP (song). Like when they made the first version it stayed like that. So maybe she should tone down over-producing some songs. Like all those changes we saw on ARTPOP (album) compared to the iTunes festival, I hate them. 70% of them. MANiCURE, Sex Dreams etc. So maybe she did the same with Bloody Mary like with ARTPOP (song). I remember I freaked out just when I first heard the instrumental for it in Gagavision. I love those songs, pop perfections.

BM is one of her best written songs & ARTPOP is her best written song so i'd love more tracks like them, more mid-tempp

How are those songs the experimental stand-outs though? :rip:

Plenty of better alternatives on each album. I mean, hello. Anyway, following your logic which I don't agree with, I'd add So Happy I Could Die and Paper Gangsta.
