For people who still believe that Gaga had a nosejob

I have a nose that I think is sort of similar to Gaga's and just certain lighting and angles can massively change its look, and that's even without any makeup or contouring

Well she was the one who wrote Born This Way :awkney:

Found it..She said ANTI-AGING INJECTIONS.. So it was botox ,not nose fillers

I think you totally misunderstood the message of Born This Way then. She didn't literally mean "born this way" as in that's the way you had to be however you came into this world, but you were born this way in that you express yourself in whatever way it is that you want. I mean if she meant it completely literally then her whole facial prosthetics and all that stuff she did during BTW would have been :awkney:

So getting a nose job or other plastic surgery still means you were born this way because that's who you want to be and how you want to look. Not because before was who you were  when you came into existence and so now you are not born this way because you get surgery done.

In any case, I don't believe she had a nose job, but even if she did, that does not make her a hypocrite for preaching Born This Way. In fact it would only further reinforce it given her trajectory so far.

"I have never had plastic surgery, and there are many pop singers who have," Gaga tells the mag's May issue. "I think that promoting insecurity in the form of plastic surgery is infinitely more harmful than an artistic expression related to body modification."

She was clearly talking about skin injections

Juvederm can also be used for volume in lips, cheeks, cheekbones, chin/jawline area and to straighten bump in nose etc., no idea but to me it looked like lips and cheeks were fuller (even though her weight loss), I don't know but I also think it doesn't matter tbh. She also confessed about using face-tape, so that could have made a difference as well, together with contouring make up tricks, lightening, angles, retouching etc. ...

Why don't you actually read what I said and make sure you understand the message behind BTW. Instead of ignoring it.

Cause you clearly didn't get it.

And that quote from her is different from the point I was making. She's talking about it from a celebrity standpoint who's in a position of promoting plastic surgery as beauty.

An everyday person who decides to get it on their own to help themselves feel better is different than that.

She said anti-aging injections so I guess it was about botox

Completely agree with her.

The more people get surgery to conform to a very particular set of ideals, the more difficult it is to exist outside of it. It reinforces and perpetuates that ideal and 'standard' of beauty, and makes diversity less attractive.

Individual acts have repercussions for groups, and I think she sees that.

I agree 100%. :applause:

Anyway, she herself said "I don't judge people who do plastic surgery but I would be too afraid to do it" (nor do I, it's everyone's choice if it makes her/him happy) in 2008 and in Brendan Jay Sullivan's book he talks about her insecurities (when she was younger, she wished to have a breast lift and a nose job, but Brendan showed her the "RAPED"-painting by Andy Wahol and that made her overthink it, fortunately), she's also friends with Donatella, Cher and many others, the entertainment industry sadly is full of (sometimes very radical) cosmetic enhancements which can be really really also dangerous, besides the sometimes "uncanny valley" effects and overall "same-ness".

She's gotten botox, no lip injections or anything else, no surgery either. love her because of that. + she stopped using botox long ago.

She uses contouring and face tape, and lighting can make a huge difference on how something looks. Her nose is going to look different in photos sometimes.

Its so obvious shes never had a nose job. Theres photoshop, lighting, angles, and/or contouring in certain photos that websites have used to say "hey, look Gaga got a nose job" and those that don't really pay attention look at the side by sides of some unflattering photo and another slightly more flattering photo and they go "oh wow look she did". But if you actually pay attention, if you actually look at her in videos or photos over the years you can see she has not had a nose job. But I mean, it just comes with celebrity territory. People will say this till she dies.

Yea, no nose job but ha cheeks and lips were filled and it looks so tragic imo :deadbanana:

You don't deserve a point of view if the only thing you see is you.
