The shark is a really big meme right now. I can see why people would want to capitalize on it.

Having said that, is anyone else getting really sick of certain stans constantly dragging Gaga and her accomplishments in attempts to defend their fave? I can understand people being fans of other pop stars and even liking them more, but I am really getting tired of seeing Gaga and her fans getting bad mouthed on THIS site in order to make other artists look good. I can understand getting defensive, especially when you feel your fave is getting trolled, but it's a Gaga fansite, which means the only thing universally we should have in common is our like/respect of Gaga and her artistry. Other artists may not be liked by some. That doesn't make them "pressed", because everyone is entitled to their opinions. Likewise I don't think people should drag other artists just to be messy, but I am very much questioning why some people are on this site at all, since they seem to think so little of Gaga and her fan base.

I don't understand can you actually copyright a shark costume?? 

 

If it was a bear costume in the Super Bowl and someone made the design for a bear costume which was similar to the one in the Super Bowl it would be ridiculous to say "no you can't do that because it belongs to Katy Perry" 

 

This is messy just like Taylor copywriting the phrase "this sick beat" when that phrase is part of lyrics in songs long before she made that song
