Does anyone else find it ironic?

It's ironic how artRave is slowly evolving into one of her most rock...and almost anything but EDM, based tours, with the band becoming more and more apparent. Even more so than the Born This Way Ball was, which was in support of her 80s rock infused pop album. So it made sense for the tour to be very heavy on rock.

Ironic, considering that artRave is the tour supporting her most electronic album :fan:  But I'm not complaining though. I mean, yeah, it started off as a very EDM based tour...it still is, but I LOVE rock music and I'm LOVING this slow transition. I love how much more live everything sounds with heightened freedom of the band members to show their stuff.

Does anyone else agree? :legend:

If you watch many recent videos, the instrumentals are much more rock than EDM now.

Venus is a great example.

Even the tour intro music now, especially when Gaga rises.

Let's not forget the never-ending meltdowns that flooded this forum about the rock-infused Partynaseous.

Not to mention, all the classic rock songs that she's been covering at an EDM rave themed tour.

i know what you mean, but it's not THAT much like rock. and no, even tho it's no big deal, i f*cking hate that. i fell in love with gaga for the amazing electronic music mixed with her voice. not f*cking rock bands replacing the instrumentals :scar:

even tho she slays those too :legend:

I attended artRAVE 3 days ago and sorry, there was nothing rock about it (thank god) :laughga: she may have covered a led zeppelin song and sang yuyi, but still it was a perfect rave electronic show :legend:
