The fact that the shooting victim was a robber and the continued violence does undercut the "police are the bad guys bullying innocent black people" meme. Buddhist Monks come all the way from Tibet and India to show support for Ferguson protestors and Michael Brown. This is getting international attention and people outside of the U.S are showing love. It's amazing. (Above) Monks and Native protestors come together with smiles. Apparently these men from out of the country are Exiled Monks. Actually, I think Ferguson is a symptom of the bigger issue of having the poor and middle class fight and bicker among themselves while the extremely wealthy fund lobbyists to get corrupt Congressmen and women to make it harder for Americans to get ahead. The American dream is a myth when there are so many filters to move up a social class. Divide and conquer is the only way so few Americans or inhabitants of planet Earth have so much of the world's resources and wealth while the rest of us get herded around like sheep or cattle by an ever aggressive police force that act more like urban military forces than peace officers of the law, and federal agencies that operate more like the Gestapo everyday. They shoot at you when you just film them? No press? Curfew and lock down like it's martial law, even when protests are peaceful and when people just want answers? Reporters/People still being gassed. Good samaritans helping them out by pouring milk on their burning eyes.
