It's not suddenly soaring on itunes, it's not even in the top 1000 People don't care, and this will only hurt Gaga more. Please stop this "Gaga is queen of media, she knows how to play the game" crap, because it's tiresome and we've seen enough of it this era. It could if done earlier and uploaded to vevo but it'll probably leak and cause mild buzz but nothing big.
