The racecourse holds upto 60,000 people at a 1-mile radius, however, for concerts:

I'm from India and i was planning to visit Dubai ,,Since Gaga is coming here,its a great opportunity for me to see her live..(i know she never gonna tour in my poor country  :cry:

 

I'll have to pay in dollars,so is it possible to pay for tickets through my Indian credit/debit card..
