They should have rescheduled the game, and not artRAVE, in my opinion. Thats what I was hopping for, but the NCAA (and the Wizards for that matter) have a LOT more power and money, especially when it comes to stadiums like the Verizon center which they have a contract with to play there as their official stadium. Most of all, it's unfair to the fans that may be travelling who were relying on the concert being on the date originally announced. What's more, this change affects fans in not one, but two cities.
