Scarface 0 Posted October 31, 2012 Share Posted October 31, 2012 (edited) I can post her certifications so we get a vague picture of the sales: Gold (Album 100.000+, Single 150.000+) Paparazzi Just Dance Telephone Born This Way (Single) Platinum (Album 200.000+, Single 300.000+) Bad Romance Alejandro Born This Way (Album) 2x Platinum (Album 400.000+, Single 600.000+) [actually we don't have Diamond in Germany] Poker Face 9x Gold (Album 900.000+, Single 1.350.000+) The Fame So if I calculated correct we have total Sales: Singles: around 2,55 Mio (1,35 Mio of it is Poker Face ) I think you can add around 300.000-400.000 to it because The Edge, You and I, LoveGame and MTN also were moderate hits but didn't make it to the 150.000 mark. Could be possible (esp. TEOG) that some of them are very close to the mark and will reach it in the future so I'm adding 400.000. All in all we have Single Sales close to 3 Mio. I didn't know that The Fame is so close to 1,000,000. Thats huge! BTW era didnt do so well in Germany. TEOG isn't even platinum, thats crazy! I have a feeling ARTPOP will do much better than BTW. The Fame (Monster) UK : 2,800,000 copies Germany : 1,000,000 copies Born This Way UK : 930,000 Germany : 200,000 82 mil people live in Germany and 60 mil people live in the UK. A lot of them just don't seem to be interested at all I experienced... Some of course but there's this big audience who is just listening to the radio or youtube.
