The performance had nothing to do with eating disorders and Gaga has struggled with eating disorders so she would never make fun of it. I'm happy Gaga said something Dis here. Demi is well meaning but did not see the context of the performance, just one aspect. Then she proceeded to rant on twitter and then backpedaled.
