Ascetic 0 Posted March 14, 2014 Share Posted March 14, 2014 Now that DWUW is trending worldwide since she paid dust to it, do you think this entire performance and all of the talk against a major label and wanting to truly represent ARTPOP then throwing it down is due to conflicts with Interscope? This whole stall has something to do with her choices. Actually the label chose it and sent it to radio after seeing the initial positive response and expected a large seller. Interscope has full control of her singles. Venus was planned before Applause, label switched it. Planned for second single, they switched it. Third single, but it was switched to G.U.Y. then back to Venus then to G.U.Y. then possibly MANiCURE. She doesn't have as much creative control as you think.
