It was a gift laid by the tombstone, right in front of a bunch of cans of soup. So in a way it wasn't entirely out of place as a piece of commercial pop art. The person is probably a Warhol fan and a Gaga fan and they were just really moved by how Warhol's ideas manifested themselves in Gaga's work. It's not that different than people leaving soup cans at his grave. Besides, cementaries clear everything left at graves and the end of each month.
