I mean idk if that's the exact translation, but it's the same song haha OMG WAIT. At the bottom it says "CHI CHI 1st single album" and 장ë‚œì¹ËœÃ¬§â‚¬Ã«§Ë†, which I put into Google Translate and it says "You're kidding, right?"
