I remember first getting into her when I spend my semester abroad in London, and she had already blown up much faster there than she had in the states. The Fame posters were all over the tube, and so I remember going back to my dorm room to check out some youtube clips. Only BDR and Just Dance were out, so I remember watching those over and over and then looking up her live performances (like The Dome) and I could literally feel myself becoming unhealthily obsessed with her. I remember hearing LoveGame for the first time in a club and just, ugghhh, the bass in that beat was just badass. I was in love. And then the Paparazzi music video came out and I couldn't handle how genius it was. My favorite artist at the time was Kanye West (now he AND Gaga are my favorites) so when I heard that they were going to tour together (depressed it never happened) I knew I was a fan for life.
