The when 'they're' looking line is in the original as well, it's just got other vocals over it. And if it doesn't have a third verse how come you can hear 'poison' slowed down in the second chorus? This all screams fake, there's no other thing in this song that makes it legitimate. Actually, in the chorus she first sings "When they're looking she falls..." and then "When we're looking she falls..." But in the studio version she says "When he's looking she falls..." both times.
