Yeah i know it, but maybe next time she will allowed  :awkney:

That Britney GIF is meant to be rude, you know that right? I don't understand why you're putting in rude and shady Britney GIFs when I made some pretend tourdates. Sorry your country isn't on the list, maybe get off GGD and go be an activist so Gaga can go there. And she was allowed, the show soldout, just some people were threatening her. Bye.

And its the only country that got effective promo.

I really dont think it's a Coincidence tbh.

Exactly! Now could you imagine how well the australian dates would sell if she put in as much promo? The promo in the UK was actually perfect!

After the first show, ARTPOP will be Top 10 on iTunes again and the second show will sell out, Japan is very particular, just with one performance you can be Number One and sell out stadiums.

Are you sure it's like that with shows too?

If that happens, you can expect many more international artists coming to Greece for future tours

Possibly, though I doubt any of them could sell this well. I don't see Katy selling out here as she's definitely an arena artist. Rihanna probably wouldn't fare much better (I notice she hardly ever goes to eastern Europe anyway). Justin Beiber will flop internationally when he returns to touring. Beyonce and 1D could potentially pull it off, but I still don't think they would sell it to 60k capacity or thereabouts. As we've seen before, Shakira, despite always being hugely successful in Greece, only sold 40k tickets when she came. She had released several albums at that point, so she'd built up a hit catalogue, she was touring with her most successful tour when she was at her peak and this date was before the Greek economic crisis. It goes to show that chart success doesn't always translate into ticket sales. A lot of us are measuring this concert's attendance by Shakira's, because she pulled in lacklustre numbers for someone so loved in Greece, so there would be no shame in equalling her attendence. If Gaga can outdo Shakira's attendance despite the country still recovering from an economic downturn (and very few artists are risking touring in Greece and certainly aren't risking a stadium if they do), it'll really prove that Gaga still has international appeal and touring power.

Justin Bieber has a huge fanbase in Greece it seems

A year ago or so it was always 'JUSTIN COME TO GREECE' that was trending. I think that 1D could sell out the Olympic Stadium center-staged.

Shakira came back in 2006... she had a few big hits, but she didn't have Waka Waka yet. I think that she could've sold 50~60k in 2010/2011.

I don't know whether Beyoncé is big in Greece, you'd have to ask the Greek members..

but still, I think it's bound to be profitable. Greece's crisis isn't as bad as it used to be, and in a year or two the economy will be doing a lot better (like Spain right now, 330.000 new jobs in only 3 months), and it'll be a lot easier for artists to sell tickets at a higher price. I think that artists will often come to Greece by then. Perhaps Gagas next tour could also do a stadium date in Greece, perhaps as part of a festival. At least the promo will not need to be as big: tickets will be easier to sell, and Gaga will be a household name and word of mouth should be enough to sell out at least 50% of the stadium.

What really interests me is the ticket deal in which you pay for the ticket a few months later, like a loan. Gaga should do that in every country, it'd make Gaga capable of selling VIP tickets and higher priced tickets at a much higher speed.

Why Rihanna ignores Eastern Europe? It is very popular in Ukraine, Russia ... she has fans.

Yeah when she did Monster Hall, the hype was unbelievable, but now it's just :noparty: no one cares any more. They moved on to 1D and Katy Perry or something. :help:

Yeah they should have planned out more it would have been amazing what she could've done tbh

Dangerous Man

Yeah, I never really worried about any of these dates tbh coz even if they aren't sold out, they are far from being flop. So I think we should not be worrying too. Gaga has already proved her touring power.
