To hire an arena its generally 10% of ticket revenue or a set fee around $250000 depending on the venue, i believe the same formula would apply to stadiums on a larger scale

plus they charge you like $40000-$100000 per additional 24hours they hire the venue as well. the $250k only covers the day of the concert. you also have to pay for staff and insurance and anything else
