No.  She's releasing C2C and heading on tour with Tony next year. Solo material won't be out for a long time.

What's confusing about this tour? Gaga has finished her US leg and is now moving to parts of the world outside the US.

 

She and Tony are releasing C2C in September. There are some pre-recorded interviews and promo that will air around that time and they will continue the promo after Gaga's tour ends on November 24th. I would expect to see Gaga and Tony perform some between Thanksgiving and Christmas. Then, there is a good possibility of a shortish theatre-type tour for C2C.

 

After that, Gaga will start up recording for her solo album and we will probably get the standard industry two year wait between albums, so I would expect a single around the fall of 2015.

I don't think that we will have 60 000 with the 2 shows after all. Maybe 55-58 000. Because the second show wasn't sold out.

But if we got between 32 000 - 35 000 for the first show, let's say she sold just short of or around 30 000 for the second - she could do it
