I'd rather Gaga had no top 10 singles and could move as much albums as Beyonce with no hit singles.... Albums >>> Singles especially when your album can carry your career with no need for hit singles. Not necessarily. Don't jump to conclusions. Plenty of my friends love songs with rock influences and could care less for any kind of bubblegum pop and the majority of them have never been involved in a stupid stan war of any kind. They just didn't care for BTW, simple as that. Beyonce has Urban and Rhythmic support. Those genres of music have an audience that buys albums. As long as she continues to have hits on those formats, (and she will) Beyonce will continue to sell albums. Also, word of mouth is VERY important for an album such as this one. Bey's album is an album for grown women, that have lived life and had grown-up relationships. It's full of grown up s-x talk, coming from a strong, confident woman. Women are buying it and recommending it to other women. It's like a very s-xy Adele album, with some heavy Urban influences. ATRL and any opinions found there should never be used as a standard for anything. 99% of those who post there aren't objective in any way.
