Fortunately it was caught early and he had the nodule removed by removing part of his lung.

PSA: Lung cancer is one of the most deadly cancers since it’s often not caught early

As much as I despise the idea of the Pope hope he gets help (through science and not prayer)

if I had two cents for every pope in a row with partially extirpated lung I'd have two cents, which is not much but it's weird that it happened twice.

True or false? I wonder. He recently spoke out against the AI takeover. Are they trying to get rid of him by faking an illness to get a pro-AI pope in? :trollga:

That‘s actually kind of wilde, in immediate retrospect … I completed a graduate theology program at a uni in the Bay Area / Silicon Valley a little over a year ago, and that was a growing point of contention within the institution … a few months ago, a classmate who still studies there was mentioning how one of our deans was effectually on an anti-AI crusade across conference speaking engagements … not sure where any of it stands now, but interesting discourse within those walls of contextual theology for sure
