It looks so to me since Z100 and KIIS at the top Those are ordered by market. New York City is the biggest city in the US, so all New York stations are first on the list. I'm still giving DWUW some time, ARTPOP is selling well, the single still is increasing on radio and there's no video yet. I don't want another Applause (or Roar) single where the old single still is way too strong on radio.
