I love Gypsy but nothing has been confirmed so everyone should calm their teeeeets for now ... Before the whole GGD shuts down because of all the melt downs when it's not true ... Now that would have really been ARTPOP instead of POP. But yeah, whatever, it's clear they want big hits like all the other pop stars even if it means releasing safe singles that don't really distinguish her from everyone else. I'm not even having a meltdown, just majorly disappointed at the once Gaga who took big risks. It's not like playing it more commercial and safe with this album when compared to BTW has helped her anyway. Oh well, I'll enjoy the performances and the videos and will celebrate if Gypsy is a hit and will be disappointed if it doesn't. I just really hope that every fan can support this song, and there won't be any bitterness that Venus is not the next one. I followed this thread and people are like going crazy about Venus, but in fact Gypsy might be the only thing that can save this era. Gypsy had the biggest sales on iTunes after the singles, and also I remember, that it got the biggest radio AI after the album release among the non-singles. So I'm pretty sure that if Gypsy is handled better than DWUW and it gets a music video and lots of performances with GOOD TIMING, then I don't see why radio wouldn't play this. Also in this song she can really show her vocal talents once again, which I think is still important, because the GP still thinks that she is not a good vocalist. As much as I love Gypsy, Gaga's hints for Venus were so strong that I was convinced it would be the 3rd single and I would have supported it just a much. But i def won't be excited I had this same feeling once she choose MTN i was dissapointed with single choice and didnt care about its chart performance.
