It's not fair..just to mention, Katy has no single song to sell more than 7 millions on the IFPI year end list and she has only 2 songs to make the list (or 3) but she does have some singles that sold more than 7M WW. Apparently it's for some Versace show if it's true I don't think that's a platform for promo. Most likely no performance and the only promo would be Donatella playing in the background.
