Gaga, Katy, Miley, and Rihanna are all basically in the same boat now (in the US definitely not WW) with debut album sales. This isn't some devastating event. Yeah, and I thought the last half of 2013 would be a lot better in album sales than its first half. 2013 further proves to be a year of male artists, from Justin Timberlake's owning the first quarter, Robin Thicke dominating mid-2013, and now Eminem closing the year with a bang. And with what you've said, I seriously doubt even the known album sellers like Britney and Beyonce could pull more than 300K now, more especially with Britney's latest singles and Beyonce's last album.
