However, LFN would probably have been #1 after video release under current chart rules. 5/8 Katy #1s have been massive chart-dominating month long #1s - IKAG, Cali Gurls, Fireworks, ET, and now Roar (will be). Apparently she might even be hosting Season premiere is on 9/28, so perhaps then. They like to use big stars for the openers/closers of the seasons. My guess is that if SNL is on that date she'll use it as a transition from the 1st single to the 2nd single with the 2nd sin-oh who am I kidding, Sex Dreams, will be released around that time and she'll perform both Applause and SD on the show.
