That's not unusual for new songs. Streaming on sites like Spotify tends to build slowly and last a long time, like radio. In the UK, Gaga started at #39 in streaming and moved to #16 last week. BTw, I think Applause will have the same success as Scream and Shout, I remember being a fan of the song and I even created a thread here so me and other Britney fans can discuss the song's success and the song started pretty low but it had great longevity and it managed to top the charts WW.
