Not just in regards to GaGa, but other artists as well. This is a normal gap between albums, just because it's longer than the past ones doesn't make it a comeback. He's not pissed, he was just making a comment about the fact that her new single is being hailed as a comeback when he feels like she's been in the news the whole time.
