I guess you can call them "glitches," but they're not really glitches because that's actually where the sales stand at this point. I think the person who actually RUNS that site would know what are glitches and what aren't. He said himself this is "just iTunes being annoying and changing back to older popularity values". If you read his tweets, he'll tell you that iTunes does not update that often, which is why there are hours between some updates. Applause was getting these glitches all day while it was still dark green. The song would get a red update, we'd all freak, then the update would be deleted and re-added again and again.
