I can't at people calling him innocent. Not true. The limit for underaged drivers is .02. That's because you can get a reading under that by taking some cough medicine, eating certain foods, or even mouthwash from a restaurant bathroom. A .02 reading pretty much assures you've been drinking. Anything under that, they can't prosecute. Now, the d--gs are a different matter, but they will have to prove he was under the influence of those d--gs while driving. The driving on an expired license is not a big issue. The law can be wrong, and sometimes the law does not serve its intended purpose so I disagree with your last point. He shouldn't be drinking and driving and he shouldn't be smoking marijuana and driving. That puts other people in risk and he is stupid for that.
