Well, I hope I'm wrong... but I honestly could no longer see Crazy Kids flying off as a top 10 hit, even as a moderate hit at all. But anyway, is she supposed to release a new album with The Flaming lips this year, titled Lip$ha? So far, that reported collaboration sounds promising. That could make the turnaround.

Tell me more about those facts and numbers of yours

Oh please... I know you have enough sense to know one red update doesn't mean anything.

I'm looking at its airplay/sales ratio, which is pretty good. Like Nick said, it's not as well as the last two singles, but it's still doing well enough that it is likely going be a hit. I wouldn't doubt a top 3 or a top 10 at the VERY least.

As much as I want to let go of Crazy Kids, I keep this little pocket of hope that it can maybe get to a top 40 mark on BB. (even though that isn't very successful.) The song is doing pretty well on iTunes considering its extremely low radio play. And as far as I know, her video isn't all that grasping. So there has to be a decent liking for the song. If radio would just pick it up then maybe she would have a shot. But this is pretty impossible now, I guess.

1. Robin Thicke - Blurred Lines (feat. T.I. & Pharrell)

I won't be surprised if it sells more than 6m in the US

I don't really understand why radio hasn't picked it up, tbh. C'mon wasn't THAT big of a flop for radio to completely diss her afterward like they have. Even Die Young was getting more spins than Crazy Kids less than a week ago. It sounds good on the radio, it's a good summer song....it doesn't really make sense.

MTE. I mean, what is so wrong with that song? It's a good hit and everyone I know that has actually been acquainted with the song really enjoys it. So radio is letting her down big time.

I have fallen victim to the "We Can't Stop" song by Miley.

I hated it at first, but the video swayed my opinion. I think we have a smash in the making.

Just noticed Maroon 5 has now the most Adult Pop Songs top 10s as Love Somebody zooms up to #9. Kelly Clarkson, P!nk, and Katy Perry aren't that far though.

Is Taylor the only major girl not to have flopped majorly in some way the past year? I wouldn't even consider 22 a true flop. Even Katy flopped with her Complete Confection debut numbers...

Eh.. I wouldn't say Katy flopped. TD overall sold a decent amount in the US.

I'd consider 22 and TD-rerelease as underperformances moreso than flops.

Did Riri ever really flop?
