petestavros 3 Posted May 8, 2013 Share Posted May 8, 2013 Ok, so I've been thinking about what Gaga has in front of her quite a bit and I've come up with something that I think would be very beneficial and she should do with ARTPOP. It's similar to what Pink did with the Truth About Love Tour. This should avoid the whole touring with a 2 year-old album situation that happened with Born This Way. I think she should release the album and tour dates at the same time. And, she should also only tour like the US, Canada, & the UK, for this one. Then wait a year, release a new album and do another big world tour. This would allow her to rest and for people in Asia, Europe, Australia, & South America to want to see her after a few years. For example, she should release a single in July, a second single in August, promote those two singles from July through September, and release ARTPOP sometime in October, but on the same day announce an arena tour for the UK in January/February and a North American tour for April-June. Ticket sales would be incredibly high if they are released simultaneously with the album. And to make it better, release a third single in December and one last one in March. Just a thought...! I also agree with the USA/UK/Canada thing... just to ease her in and visit the "main" places which will draw in lots of media attention. I say release lead single, do the small tour in US and thén release the whole album/app while touring the rest of the world immediately afterwards.
