Gaga has the record for the most top 10 IFPI entries by a female artist, I know the USA is important, but let's not pretend we see the whole picture.

Born This Way was a victim of messy promo. Judas was released way too soon, which cut off Born This Ways success. After Judas got boycotted by radios which lead to the massive push for The Edge of Glory, Born This Way was then two singles behind. Not many people cared about it anymore, and on top of this the lead was divisive for conservative ideals.
