But if I really have to, I'd say: Overrated: ARTPOP (only by the stans who claim it's her best album and that it was ahead of its time) Underrated: Joanne maybe? Even though most the songs are great, I feel like some of them could work on TF as well, so they aren't as unique and I have an issue with it's length - it's too short to be considered a full album. ARTPOP is fun and stuff but when someone says it's her best ehhhhh Underrated: The Fame - I know that everyone loves the singles, but album as a whole is deeply underrated in album ranking. It is an insanely well thought out (musically and thematically) and one of a kind debut album, full of great songwriting and don't even get me started how young she was. Remember when during Mayhem promotion Gaga was talking in some interview how she basically invented this unique pop-rock-electro-disco-r&b-industrial hybrid? she was talking about The Fame (the industrial part mostly came with TFM, but the rest is right there).
