I keep finding tracks like this 'cause I listened to the Cyberpunk 2077 OST and it's full of heavier techno and rock instrumentals. Now these are recommended to me and Mayhem is surprisingly good with them  at least, in my head it is. We'll see when I get around to doing it.

Anyway, shop around for another instrumental to mix in and alternate the kick and drum to force the song from a

Solid capture … I‘d say emphasize the vocal distinction a bit more between the first and second parts … get into the depths of the dark density of the opening tone … maybe let it linger in a suspense before kicking into the more standardized vocal tone (I‘m not great with music vernacular, so this might not make any sense) … I think you could really play around with filters or the angular/curvature silhouette of the first 12-15 seconds … aspects of the darker self … then once it punches around 16 seconds it‘s like the regurgitation release into the rest of the track … maybe like the proverbial “Mary” emerging from the “Bloody” … but Disease and/or Mistress from the Mayhem?

Again, this is all just riffing, I never really know what I mean sometimes—good work though!
