LGAte 810
We are heading towards 2027 with not alot of signs that certainly say whether or not we will get another canon LG8 soon, and it dawned on me that where Gaga is at in her career, her musical output has been kind of too spread out lately. Chromatica (2020) MAYHEM (2025) I hope the next album does not take this long and that she finds a way to release (quality) music a little more spontaneously than that. I'd be perfectly happy if LG8 came out sooner than expected and the lead was promoted correctly and gave her a solo hit and that's it. Just to shut people up about the solo hit ****. I get she wants a family but I think fans ran with that meaning setting down the pencil and not releasing and I think that is stupid. She never said that. She just said she wants a family. She never has said that will cause her to stop making and releasing and performing music. Of course she will want time with her family. But you don't have to wait until your child is 4 or 5 to release music. Look at Pink, at Adele, at Madonna. This idea that women can't release succesful (even dance) music is crazy to me. I don't know. I don't mean this in a greedy way. I mean it in a "cheer Gaga on" kind of way. I think she should boldly put out music. I also don't think she needs to wait on Michael to help her with it just because he kind of helped her out of her rut. I think she needs to get back to being her own artist and pop star and remember that even though it can be a very scary experience it can also be rewarding. Too much of her career has been focused on trauma dumping and I feel like she put her fanbase through that for well over a decade. And I get that everyone heals differently and there should be room for that. But I also think- it kind of comes off as out of touch when there are millions of Americans everyday going through brutal labor and having body issues and having mental issues and being in chronic pain and they will never get a choice to pause their career for extended periods multiple times or go on vacations or even randomly call off for a week and bed rot. Most people cannot do that. So I think she should (if she feels healed) maybe make more of an effort to release music a little more consistently going forward. I also get there is a creative aspect and you can't force that. But I also think when you have been in the game and have been privileged enough to be in the game this long that you know yourself and your art enough to know what triggers inspiration and what doesn't and if you really are this legend you should get out there and take risks and keep going. Not side project after side project like we have got (which is fun), but serious, innovative, challenging attempts at making great intentional pieces of music and consistently. Bowie did not stop like this. He released an album days before he died from cancer. Madonna did not stop like this until wayyy later, and quite frankly she still is delivering prettttttty good considering she almost died a couple years ago. Bjork doesn't stop like this. She literally even goes into town and plays DJ sets with her community. I just don't **** with this new era of Gaga releasing albums every 5 years. It doesn't feel very "Gaga" to me, actually. I hope people know I mean this well-intentioned, not because I am trying to bash her work ethic (I know she works incredibly hard when she does), but it's more because I believe she can be strong and creative enough (she said she is much better) and release an album in 2027, 2029, 2032, maybe. We shouldn't be waiting until 2040 to maybe get to LG10. 2
MountainMonster 2,716
I think the frequency will increase. She’s happier, and Micheal seems to be keeping her a bit more music and business focused - so I suspect she will be much more regular with releases moving forward.

Sugar Baby 1,002
It’s kind of the standard tho beyonce, Madonna and even Katy have all less álbums that you would expect the only one that truly feels like has released a lot is Taylor Swift 1
EART HL I NG 1,285
It was standard to have a 2-3 year wait between albums. (I haven’t payed attention to that in recent years so idk if people went back to annual releases like in the 50s-70s) so even with the longer gaps for Gaga, seven albums in 20 years is pretty average. Throw in the side projects and that really adds some oomf edit: on the topic of Bowie. Yes he released Blackstar days before cancer took him but that came three years after The Next Day, which itself came after a decade long hiatus for medical reasons Edited June 25 by EART HL I NG

gagzus 23,071
I think it’s more crazy she’s technically made an album every year since 2007. She’s never stopped working or took an actual break despite what this website believes. 9

Beyoncé’s made the best music of her career post children and family. More often than not motherhood’s been a pretty good well to draw from musically. Björk’s 5th - 10th albums have all been inspired by it in some way. It changes your life but it’s still a life
dubstep111 772
I know I wish she prioritized music videos like she did in the fame and fame monster era. Also she needs to write her music faster. Some of her best songs she wrote in under an hour! The less she thinks about stuff and just releases content is when she is at her best! I imagine Gaga will probably find a new source on inspiration once she’s married and had children, but I also think because she wants to be a mum so badly she absolutely will take a short few years off to live and raise her kids instead of leaving them with a Nanny whilst she makes an album or tours the world. Yes Beyoncé still made music and what not but Beyoncé has very much been a workaholic her whole career and she even still did a full promotional campaign pregnant. And she’s also monetised her family and pregnancies; Gaga is not like that and won’t monetise her marriage or pregnancy. I could see her one day disappearing for months (since she does that sometimes anyway) and come back and boom she’s been married and had a kid and we’d have been none the wiser. I mean this is the woman who spent months in Northern England (Leeds) preparing for her stadium tour and we had not even a hint of her being there. (Which in hindsight makes me scream since she was only 2 hours away from me). Not even a single paparazzi picture or blind item or hint from an insider or word from her team nothing. She could be pregnant now or about to be married and we would have no idea. But one thing we do know; she’s most likely going to drop a new album Q4 this year or Q1 next year based on the fact she’s been making music again since last summer, and our only reliable insiders (Deuxmoi and mindtrappa) have both said she’s making a new album now and it’s possible for it to come out as early as Q4 (which would be September - December).

I think we’re taking how she says things too literally, nobody and I mean nobody writes songs that fast. Her “I wrote born this way in 10 minutes” is clearly untrue and is probably her being hyperbolic, she probably meant she wrote the chorus in 10 minutes because the final song has other writers and we know for a fact the bridge had different lyrics and a whole part missing in the demo compared to the album version.
