Full joint statement:

The Foreign Ministers of the United Arab Emirates, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the State of Qatar, the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, the Republic of Indonesia, the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, the Turkish Republic and the Arab Republic of Egypt express their unequivocal condemnation of Israel's continued illegal settlement policies in the occupied Palestinian territory, and their total rejection of the E1 settlement plan and associated settlement activities east of occupied East Jerusalem. They also renew their condemnation of the violations and acts of violence committed by settlers, with the support of the Israeli occupation authorities, against the Palestinian people and their property. They affirm that these practices in no way derive from the inalienable rights of the Palestinian people, constitute violations of international law and relevant United Nations resolutions, and pose a serious threat to regional and international security and peace.

The Ministers warn that the E1 settlement plan constitutes a dangerous escalation that would advance settlement expansion and annexation, and undermine the geographical communication of the Occupied Palestinian Territory, especially between the West Bank and East Jerusalem, threatening the embodiment of an independent, geographically connected and viable Palestinian state, based on the 1967 lines, with East Jerusalem as its capital. These measures pose a direct challenge to international efforts to achieve peace, foremost of which is President Donald Trump's comprehensive peace plan, including its categorical rejection of annexation and forced displacement, as well as the mechanisms envisaged for their implementation, including through the Peace Council, as well as President Trump's firm commitment not to allow the annexation of the West Bank with the aim of achieving stability and ending the conflict.

The Ministers reaffirm that the two-State solution, in accordance with international law and relevant United Nations resolutions, remains the only viable way to achieve a just, comprehensive and lasting peace. They warn that actions to undermine this solution would further escalate tensions, threaten regional and international security and peace, and undermine the prospects for lasting peace and stability in the region.

In this context, the Ministers support all efforts to ensure accountability, including through the adoption of appropriate international measures and the imposition of sanctions on entities and individuals responsible for illegal settlement activities, including the E1 settlement scheme, as well as those who support, facilitate or implement settlement expansion and annexation policies. They also call for the cessation of any support or funding that contributes to the establishment, expansion or consolidation of illegal settlements. They emphasize that the absence of accountability contributes to the continuation of violations and further undermines the prospects for a just and comprehensive peace.

The Ministers call for immediate measures to stop the E1 settlement plan, to cancel all measures taken within its framework, and to cease all settlement activities and other measures aimed at changing the geographical and demographic character of the Occupied Palestinian Territory. They also call on the United Nations Security Council and all relevant States and international actors to shoulder their responsibilities under international law, to take urgent and effective measures to stop illegal settlement expansion, to ensure the protection of the Palestinian people, and to safeguard their inalienable rights, including their right to self-determination and to the embodiment of their independent State, in accordance with international law and relevant United Nations resolutions.

so who's stopping the countries that condemned Israel in the past few days from making a Palestinian state a reality? a tiny c-nt like Israel? 9 million people against the rest of the world?

Right now, August 2026, there is a big majority of countries, from all around the globe, to finally declare the independency of a Palestinian state. there is literally the clownish board of peace that's supposed to free gaza..

So.. like.. do we really need more empty words? because it feels like we're once again reaching the status quo of pre-2023 and in a month or two, nobody will talk about Palestine and the world will move on to the next conflict.

So sploosh your juice all over me you Riverboy

Stopping who from doing what? This statement is explicitly condemning defacto annexation of the West Bank. As far as what actions they’ll take, if Israel keeps fckn with Turkey, they could trigger an even broader regional war where they’d be significantly outgunned.

I mean, the Board of Peace is run by Zionists, so not really sure how that supports your argument lol

Ngl feels like that couldn’t be farther from the truth. The more and more Israel alienates itself from the broader global community, the more inevitable the end of the occupation becomes.

sis.. read again :Cautious:

I'm literally with u on this one.

Just wondering, what's stopping the countries that condemn israel, from actually taking the responsibility and the big balls, to create a Palestinian state tomorrow?

I read what you wrote, I just didn’t agree with your line of reasoning here (which is all I questioned). That being said, creating a Palestinian state would be war with Israel, which they could do, but obviously none of them are keen to do (but given the aggression in Turkey, I don’t think it’s out of the question).

Israel is exhausted, the military is weak, the government is not functioning, they are now making decisions before the elections that they know that the supreme court would declare them as illegal...

It just feels like empty words at this point.. as long as there's no actual real meaning to create a state.. there's no point in more "you've been a very very bad bad girl Israel".

Strategically, they’re not going to declare offensive war, but I think the point of this message from this coalition is meant to signal that, should Israel proceed against Turkey and in the West Bank, that regional war isn’t off the table.

but there is a regional war as we speak.

I think we already learned that Israel don't give a f-ck about what the world says.. but something has to be done..

Yeah, but I think going to war on behalf of Iran or Lebanon wouldn’t garner as much international support as going to war on behalf of Turkey, unfortunately.

Question Mark What GIF by MOODMAN

He's already let Netanyahu defy him a dozen times and the US is arguably the only nation Israel remotely has to answer to.

The only thing the US under Trump has contributed is massive disruption, confusion, chaos, and corruption.

Trump has come out again annexation multiple times (although obviously hasn’t done anything to reign in Israel on the West Bank), but them mentioning that is probably trying to drive a wedge between him and Israel here

Which is why its interesting they have taken this step, especially on the back of the recent Mecca agreement between Turkey & Saudi.

The Iran war's wider consequences are starting to take shape and the first emerging one is that the arab nations in the Middle East are questioning the value of their American relationships.
