Intense powerhouse vocal NOW I want the softness and ethereal singing and melodies. Give us Melodic Trance, angel and siren like singing. Hope and dance. YES THANK YOU More abracadabra vocals!!!!!!! More GOE vocals, more zombie boy chorus vocals! And she tapped a little bit into that with shape of a woman in the backing vocals ! But yeah I am tired of her delivering the same vocal style since ARTPOP. She sings so often the same way she sings on Manicure and Dope Pronounced like “Balenciaga” . Emphasis on the “Ga”

We were ROBBED!!!! Pronounced like “Balenciaga” . Emphasis on the “Ga”

She literally said that. I don’t know why you and others want to pretend that’s pulled out of thin air when the source is Gaga herself. It doesn’t really matter to me that the term “original mayhem” might not be the best way to describe it but it’s not some far reached conspiracy that the album she was considering was almost different. Perfect celebrity was also the working title for the album for a time, so I don’t really know where you’re getting the information that it was created last. I’m just explaining that the person whose original comment you replied to was referring to what Gaga said about perfect celebrity and how it almost reshaped the record. “Original mayhem” might be a bad descriptor but it doesn’t erase the fact that she wanted to reshape the album to fit PC, and then decided to integrate it into the running tracklist she already had, furthering the “mayhem” concept. We don’t know every single thing about the writing of the album so obviously there are going to be people who have their own ideas for how the record could have turned out. I'd call you certain things but I've already have warning points... #spreadkindness 💖 Edited 18 hours ago by elegidadedios

We don’t know every single thing about the writing of the album so obviously there are going to be people who have their own ideas for how the record could have turned out. But the theory people usually espouse (“the album was heavier and then she softened it”) is literally the opposite of everything she’s said about the process. During the Spotify press conference, Gaga literally said VIY was the first song written for the album. In the Zane Lowe interview, she describes having the urge to “change all the production (on the album)” to match the vibe of PC, which heavily implies it came later, the bulk of the album was done, and PC was the stylistic outlier, especially since we know VIY was the first song written for the album and the version she had been working on up until that point would have to be similar to the version we have now if the introduction of a grunge aesthetic would require it to be reworked. To me, the fan theory of “the OG MAYHEM was electrogrunge/industrial” feels like a classic case of fans hearing what they want to hear and finding a way to scapegoat someone else (like Michael) for Gaga not giving them they album they wanted. To an extent, I get why LMs do that with Joanne (there’s a fair amount of evidence of her working with a lot of different producers who weren’t on Joanne prior to the album release), but in this case the timeline of the process based on Gaga’s own words doesn’t support the theory at all, in fact it contradicts it lol Edited 3 hours ago by Ladle Ghoulash We have forgotten our public MANNERS
