Madonna - I Feel So Free

Something isn't clicking with this song. I feel as though this could be anyone singing this? It's very monotonous. Maybe it will grow on me, but this album is a follow up to one of her, or any artist pop / dance albums ever.

Its confirmed the 12 track standard edition is a non-stop mix like the original confessions album was. So if this is truly the opener, she may be committing to EDM to a greater extent than she did the first time around.

I know it’s Confessions 2 but it just sounds like a random album track that could slot into the original version and doesn’t really have any standout moments (because it’s essentially a techno song) had hoped she’d have modernised it and made it more NuDisco or French House. This sounds just like Future Lovers but less effort

Nice! I think it's pretty smart, it's also an acceptable workaround for the trend of shorter songs. Still annoying trend, but this way it's doesn't hurt as much.

This could make sense as the intro song for the album, but not as a single. It's not clear to me why they're leading with this unless it's going to be a single-less album. And the comparison to Hung Up is just nonsense.

It’s one of those vibey album tracks and I think it works great as a promo single. It’s repetitive in a hypnotic way.
